A film graduate, Tharwa is a storyteller by nature ranging in all forms from poetry, short subject films and music. Her most noted works in theatre are April Showers Bring May Flowers and Head in the Clouds. She also directed, wrote and starred in the short art film Abyss. She hopes for her art to inspire people to live and pursue the things that make them happy and also motivate others to enjoy life as it is.
Since 2013, Azmi Hud is a producer, director and actor in the Malaysian independent theatre scene, a content creator, and fashion entrepreneur heading Hud RTW. You can find most of his notable work like Forget Me, Not and Saving Ismat with Anomalist Production and WOMEN:girls. He has a deep connection with turtles and uses his social media platform to spread awareness.
Tahnusha is a psychedelic visionary artist specialising in Psychedelic Surrealism. She has released custom designs for underground Psy t-shirt brand triptees, footwear and murals. She holds mystic
visionary artist Alex Grey to high regard and is inspired by animals and nature. Tahnusha's practices 'Living in Gratitude.'
A graduate from law school, Bob is passionate about seeing life through lenses. A freelance photographer, his most recent work was published in Tucson, Arizona's newspaper. He also writes short plays and is a Mitch Albom lover. Portraying the reality of life through ink and images is his inspiration and hoping his writings and shots will get published in a private gallery one day.
Sheng is a writer, performance-maker, and cat rescuer. Her works explore intimacy, the body, caregiving, and co-existence. She strongly believes that writing and performance are powerful tools for healing, self-expression, and community-building. Mockingbird, her final showcase for Theatresauce's Emerging Director's Lab is a performance closest to her heart.
Esther Josh is a writer-filmmaker residing at the heart of KL.
She also dabbles in music as a vocalist cum rapper who goes by the pseudonym Lil Kaali.
Previously a journalist, Esther loves exploring complex topics with the purpose of birthing order out of chaos.
She also believes that her patronus is a black cat.
